For the past two years, I’ve participated as a member of the jury for the Service Design Award, presented by the Service Design Network. In this role, I’ve gotten to review inspiring design work from around the globe. This year, I’m honored to serve as the head of the jury.
Here’s a bit more about the award:
The Service Design Award recognizes work of an exceptional standard in the field of service design by both students and professionals. In addition to the lovely award pictured above, there are multiple benefits of winning:
- Winners will have the opportunity to share their work with over 650 professionals from the industry during the Service Design Award Ceremony at the 10th Service Design Global Conferencein November 2017. (The conference is in Madrid, in case that’s any extra incentive!)
- Finalists and winners will be promoted throughout 2017 and 2018 via the Service Design Network’s global media channels.
- And of course, you’ll get bragging rights for being recognized by the premier international award for service design.
If you feel your service design initiatives stand up to this outstanding work, please submit your entry for consideration in this year’s award process.
But hurry! The deadline for entries is June 15. More info on how to enter here.
